Movie about Dreams

There is a movie i saw streaming online about 2 yrs ago and i dont remember which site it was on or the name of the movie. I dont remember a lot but it had something to do with dreams and there were like guardians or some kind of person that controlled ppl's dreams. Someone/thing was killing those guardians/ppl and there of course were some other good guys trying to stop the killings b4 there were no more dreams i think.

Was there a snake guy and was the president in danger? If so, it's Dreamscape.

I thought of INK as well except the "someone/thing was killing those guardians/ppl and there of course were some other good guys trying to stop the killings b4 there were no more dreams" part doesn't really match.  No mention of the main plot with the kidnapped girl.  But maybe if kong only caught the beginning he might think that's the plot.

Anyway, does this look familiar?
