I'm writing a review of it for our site so any thoughts on it? I loved it, an undeserved failure IMO. What say you?

I hate this movie immensly. It's unfunny, the characters are annoying as all hell. The jokes fall flat. It's trash.

A disjointed mess. It can be sort of entertaining when in the right mood.

Mofo Rising

It's pretty terrible, but terrible in a fairly good way.

I think it's a deserved failure. It comes across as an ego puff-piece for Bruce Willis. That being said, I find it fairly entertaining in its badness.

It does have one of my favorite horrible one-liners.

Hudson Hawk, spoken right after a character gets decapitated:
"Looks like he won't be attending that hat convention in July!"

Let's break it down. One, a character is decapitated, all good so far. Two, Hudson Hawk calls attention to this by pointing out that decapitation has an immediate corollary in that the person will no longer have a need of a hat. Three, Hudson Hawk conjectures that said person was such a hat enthusiast that they had plans to attend a convention dedicated solely to hats, which I'm not sure exist anywhere. Four, not only were there immediate plans for hat convention-attendance, but that that hat convention was occurring in July, specifically.

The overall picture, that one-liner makes absolutely no sense. It is a very bizarre thing to say. Is it hilarious in its bizarreness? Yes. Yes, very much so.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.

I enjoyed it quite a bit.  Pure light-hearted silliness.

Hammock Rider

I thought Hudson Hawk was a blast. 90 or so mintes of goofy, silly fun. Plus you get to see Andie McDowell make dolphin noises.

Solid reasoning there Mofo.  :bouncegiggle:

The idea of a hat convention actually existing anywhere is about as plausible as a tie-tack convention.

I've never seen Hudson Hawk, but if it contains that line, then I may have to make it a point.

Psycho Circus

Never really liked this film.
