70s/80s action movie

Ok my memory of this isn't too good, but it was a kind of james bond esque spy movie with a female star. There was a sequence with a chase around a power station type place. The ending involved the female agent being chased around some kind of maze by villains, whilst the main bad guy watched it on a screen, with little dots representing the people...

Drat! Someone asked about this on the IMDb message boards in the past several months, but I can't remember the name of it or the actress. There's a clip of the maze chase on Youtube.
I tried looking through the old threads on the IMDb, but I think it's has already been deleted. Their board system does it automatically. I'm still looking.
