Ever woken up and you didn't know where you were or how you got there?

If so I hope it was in some comely stranger's bed or after some apocalyptic university-era partying.

Me, I had received medical treatment while overseas and had been sedated and then moved from where I was to a facility, where I came awake alone and extremely disoriented, and even when my mind cleared I had no idea for some time where I was or how I got there, which was among other things, frightening.

I have woken up convinced I was still in whatever place I was dreaming.
Sometimes I realize where I really am and it's a profound relief; other times I want to close my eyes and see if I can get back to that dreamland!

Kind of.  Many years ago.

It was after I had my wisdom teeth taken out.  Got home and went to sleep and the couch.  Woke up in my bed. Apparently my dad had put me there.
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...
