Well, I know Uwe Boll didn't direct this one, just produced. 

I know it's got the guy that played Chop op from Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 in it. 

I know that the main character who was played by Christian Slater in the last movie is now played by an Asian guy. 

And that's all I know.

I vaguely remember watching the first half of that when it used to be on Netflix streaming.  Very low budget, very slow moving and boring.  They muted all the colors out so the whole thing looks gray and white too.  As Akiratubo would say, my brain went to sleep while my eyes continued to passively view images on the screen.

Slow moving, boring, and not anything you can consciously pay attention to?  Sounds alot like the first one.
