Movie about a club that reanimates near dead bodies to dance

I have been trying to remember the name of this movie for ages! The only information that I can remember is a girl is persuaded to go to this illegal club where girls are kept 'frozen' and then their near-dead bodies are forced to dance on stage using electrocution or something like cattle prods. The girl goes to the club and one of the 'dancers' is her sister that her mother told her ran away or died or something like that when she was little. Turns out she was a drug addict and the mother sold her to the club. So the girl saves her sister and then turns the mother in to the club where she is forced to become a lifeless dancer. I know this sounds stupid but it has really been bugging me!! Thanks for your help!
