I saw this horror movie when I was a kid and can't for the life of me remember

I have burned images from the movie....the one part that really stands out was this guy crawling on the sealing with like some metal claws and like gray or silver hair and I kind of remember it being in a business or something but I do remember it was a horror movie and I passed by it in blockbuster a few times when I was younger please help!
