Serial Killer Parking Lot Kidnapper?

cannot remember the name of this movie.only watched part of it whilst channel hopping. its about a serial killer who kidnaps these voluptuous blonde women from parking lots (very shaky blurry 1st person photography), bundles them into his motor car, then takes them to his lair, where he ties them to a chair, then rips their bra off to expose their boobs, and then supposedly kills them with a knife. no gore or blood in this movie, mostly implied, but quite a rivetting SK movie. the girls were really hot..title may have been. Eye for an Eye, or something simular, or may have had the word "Kill" in it

am confused. have a feeling this movie was HEART OF STONE (2001). by Dale Trevillion, with Angie Everhart. can anyone confirm with screencaptures of the girls in the kidnap scenes, cant seem to find anything online
