Witch based movie from 80s

Hi, i am googling about month and cannot find some witch-ressurection based movie from 80s (?).
I saw it partially when i was kid, and it was about group of teens who heard about some old witch grave hidden somewhere, so they go an search it. now the old b***h was buried with her head near her foots, and some of the teens got wounded and resurrects the witch with her blood. The film is very long, probably filmed for tv, i can remember the scene with the witch jumping out on car while riding and second part (maybe it was sequel, maybe second part of actual movie) is based in cinema, where people see movie about first part of the movie (witch, teens etc) and from here i can't remember a lot. The name of the movie probably was Witch, but there is no movie witch such a name and plot. Pleas if somebody heard about something similar, give me a clue to find it. Thanks in advance!

It sounds vaguely like Pumpkinhead 2 Blood Wings, except for the movie theater. Also it would be a monster's grave, not a witch's, although there is a witch present.

Fausto, I saw that about a month ago (*hangs head in shame*) and I think you have it right.

Didn't Pumpkinhead 2 have a part where the kids were watching a movie on a projection screen during a party?  Could be where the OP's "movie theater" came from.  The rest of the plot sounds about right.
