Help trying to remember this movie ....

I'm trying to remember this movie where a battle took place against an army of evil men savagely murdering anyone in their way. They were dressed with Bear skins,wore Bear heads,and used Bear claws as weapons to rip apart their enemy,along with other weapons.
I want to say this movie came out around early 90's,and was based on the Viking or Ganghis Kahn.
