He's the actor who played Ricky in Silent Night, Deadly Night 2, infamous for his constantly moving eyebrows and bizarre one-liners ("GARBAGE DAY").

As for his current whereabouts, nobody knows. Even the film's producers couldn't track him down to do a commentary for it's DVD release. There has been some discussion about it on his IMDb page, but some have speculated that he's too embarrassed to come out and embrace the cult status of his performance or he just doesn't care and is living his life as usual. Hell, he could even be dead.
