I am a fan and have seen some "gems" that are not on the list....

I suppose you could start a topic about movies that deserve reviews.   Other then that, its submitting your own and seeing if it gets picked. .  I think its if Andrew likes one of the fan submitted ones, and he has the movie to create screen captures and accompanying clips then maybe it'll be selected.
