Hi 80's or early 90's horror comedy movie set in wales i think it was a werewolf im not sure i only remember bits but there was two old male twins and this guy went to rescue his sister with a chainsaw

I don't remember the chainsaw bit at all, but the main character had a lot of hallucinations during his werewolf manifestation, plus I haven't seen this movie in a while, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say An American Werewolf in London (1981).

The only horror comedy of that period that I know of was set in Wales was House of The Long Shadows but there were no chainsaws to speak of.
