Sci film 90's-80's girl goes to space to rescue a ship taken by aliens sex

Hey guys, I just found this site out and I'm probably giving you guys a really hard one. But In 2004 I watched a movie from block buster from the science fiction side that had a lot of sexual scenes. They let me rent it and I was like 10. I know one of the actresses did soft porn, but not sure about the rest.

So from what I remember theres this girl in prison who is given her freedom to go into space and rescue this ship that might have been taken over by aliens. Apparently one of the scientists, (a woman) goes out into a planet and when she comes back she is controlled by an alien and reproduces by scratching other women and sleeping with them. When the main character gets there everyone is dead but the women and some guy that the alien woman keeps as a geek pet. It almost has an "alien" undertone to it.

Really wanted to know what it was. I thought it had ultimate in the title, but now I'm not so sure. Thanks guys
