gorgon video magazine witch/demon

Was watching volume 1 of gorgon video's video magazine on youtube the other day, which if you haven't seen IS AWESOME! Anyway the movie that has me stumped is at exactly the 1:00 mark in the intro to the movie. There's this lady sitting at a table and her face is transforming into a demon and then she grows this really long witch hand and it goes all the way across the table and grabs this chic by the head and pulls her across the table and into the demon/witch ladies mouth. It looks like an awesome scene from an 80's movie and I somehow don't know what it is. Work your magic guys and thanks for your help!
