Embarassed myself last night....

I went to the premiere of Ballade Vir 'n Enkeling [Song For A Lonely Guy] last night, smart tux, clean undies, the lot.  Great film - gives me hope for the Afrikaans language film industry and the film should go far as it is subtitled and can play anywhere.

Unfortunately the by invitation only premiere was spoiled by this one idiot who saw all the cameras and proceeded to walk down the red carpet. One of the camera people asked "Hey! Who the [expletive deleted] are you?"

Exit idiot stage left.

Well, they probably didn't recognize you with clean undies.

You should've rolled with it, grabbed the guy by the collar and said (in death metal voice) "I'm Batman."

One of the actors there recognized me and asked me "Aren't you a projectionist?" I said yes, then he asked me to go start the show, which I couldn't do as I have no training on digital projectors.
