Trying to find a movie from the 80s made for TV or lifetime movie

A couple have a baby. The wife is tricked by another couple that come to their door, into thinking she had won something. They take her to a hotel and have her start writing her "acceptance speech". The couple then hang the mother and make it look like a suicide. Then take the baby. The husband doesn't believe his wife would do that and looks for the killers and his baby. He finds the baby at the end in a mansion (I think). Sound familiar to anyone?
