There was an old movie. I cannot remember the title, or the cast, or which year it was made.

There was this control freak woman who does not allow her boyfriend to do almost anything, not allow him to go out with his friend, etc.

She chained him in the basement and enjoy cooking for him.

On the whole, it sounds kinda like a Benny Hill sketch.

She always question where her boyfriend go.  There was once he said he went out with friend to play Frisbee or something like that, she does not like it.

The movie ended with a scene that she is slowly cutting some vegetable in the kitchen with a winning smile knowing full well that her boyfriend is not going anywhere because he is chained in the basement. The eerie music playing and the lone house sitting out of nowhere is particular chilling at the end.
