B-class softcore ?

Hi, I never really watched the whole movie, but one scene keeps crawling into my mind .

Scene (sex scene) takes place in some sort of abandoned building (some sort of ruined warehouse/factory).

-Lady provokes a guy to strip bare naked

- Lady throwes a quote (something like that)  "What, are you afraid you'll get wet ?"

- Guy gets pushed by a lady and tied to a concrete column with her scarf.

I just can get this scene out of my head, pleas help
