Well...last three days of employment.

I have three months severance, but at 60, it'll be hard to get work. Still...I think God will see me through.

Good luck.  I resigned from my job last July.  I had been there for 13 years.  I felt like I had done everything I was ever going to do there and it was time to move on.  I've been working as a contractor since August.  The pay is decent (not as much as I was making before and the only benefit I get is health insurance), but I really want to find a permanent position.  I'm 51 years old and I really want my  next job to take me right into retirement, so I have no intention of rushing into a job that I really don't want.  If I need to do contract work for another 6 - 12 months, I won't mind.
