New South African swear phrase

Apparently now when you want some one to [expletive deleted] off in SA, you just tell them to "go elsewhere" 

A quote from the head of the SABC:

The response from the public then was very aggressive. They would use expletives, telling us to 'Go elsewhere and so on'. But we have cleaned that up and changed the approach.

Italians have been using the similar phrase, "Va fa Napoli" ("Go to Naples!") for many years.
