If anyone is interested, BBC Radio 4 is doing some Radio plays of some unmade Hammer movie scripts. The first one is on today at 14:30 GMT (The Unquenchable Thirst Of Dracula).

If you can't listen to it live, it should be on their iplayer for the next week or so.

I wonder if they'll do their unmade VAMPIRELLA?

Possibly, they've been doing a whole series of unmade movies as radio plays.

We certainly could use a big screen version of Vampirella, as the 1996 video version is nothing to write home about, but, the unmade Hammer film that has always caught my attention is Zeppelins vs. Pterodactyls. Hammer going so far as to come up with a film poster for it. Hammer, if reduced in size from what it was, is still out there and still making films, so maybe we'll get to see both films on the big screen some day.
