At dvddrive-in.com, their is a sneak-prevew of the upcoming DVD covers for MGM releases. One is a "Double Feature" of MASQUE OF THE RED DEATH/THE PREMATURE BURIAL. But they also have the cover for THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD on display as well. It's nothing fancy, but it works.

And from your link I see Motel Hell is coming to the digital format! Happy happy, joy joy!!! That's a Texas Chainsaw Massacre/Psycho/Friday The 13th rip-off I rented once and found myself enjoying. Might have to pick that one up.

The cover to rotld is fine nothing too fancy just the orignal artwork. The other dvds look pretty cool too.

Far too often horror DVDs wind up with really crappy covers. Not one release of Romero's Dead films has had a good outward presentation. With a little time you could probably reproduce the cover to the NOTLD Millenium Edition on a standard Windows Paint program.
