Vague scene i remember from a 70's horror film

This is VERY vague, but there's this guy in bed with this woman. She's laying face down naked, or at least topless with nothing covering her back but her long hair, and a bed sheet covering her lower half. He's trying to talk to her but she's muffled (Or mumbling) instead of talking. He either pulls her over to see whats the deal, (or she turns over) and reveal that her face is a skeleton. The actress MIGHT have committed suicide some years later...but don't hold me to that lol. the film was definitely like late 70's or early 80's (likely the former though).
