Arcade Action Magazine?

Got an old comic book for Christmas, and found an ad in it for a magazine called "Arcade Action." Anyone ever heard of it? I'ver tried searching for it online, but there's little information. Even after searching all I know is that it was advertised in the back of a few comic books in the early 80's. I posted a pic of the ad on AtariAge, if you want to see it.
