I have bad things in my head. I dunno,man. Like worms crawling. it's f**ked-it's never still-it's like buzzing-it won't be quiet-I'm nervous.I dunno.

Could possibly be tinitus? I sometimes get a sound in my head like a high pitched whine or bells ringing. Used to last for hours or days, but now when I get it, it only lasts a few minutes.

I got a letter from SSI- it says I got "partialy approved".
I don't know what that means-I can't get threw to my lawyer-he won't be in till Monday- I get nervous- I shake and go into spiral instant depression-Ahhhh.....I dunno man. My brain-I pace. I cry. I'm f**ked up,man.

yes. curtis used to get them really bad, and frequently. they got better after the tumor was removed, and his BP was gotten under control. his pacemaker doc says that alot of it was his BP being all over the place for years.
  he still gets them now and then, it's who he is. optimism isn't part of his personality, and he stresses easily when he thinks too much about the future. so that's my job, handling money and the future.
   all i can suggest is the same thing i say to him" what do you think is the worst that can happen, other than dying?" then we plan around that,and he calms down. try that, maybe?
