The Colossus of rhodes.

Watching an old eye-talyun sword and sandles flick called "the colossus of Rhodes" whichnwoikd have been a lot better if tentitular stature cum war machine had not looked like a sad, starving child holding up a bowl begging to be fed.  A very sad image that kinda killed the movie for me.

Odd, just watched it again and it wasn't quite as bad with the colossus. I think it might have been better if he'd held a huge torch overhead.
