FRANKENSTEIN ISLAND(1981): a Jerry Warren opus of bad film in a major way. Featuring Robert Clarke, Cameron Mitchell and Katherine Victor(as Dr.Frankenstein;s granddaughter)..lost balloonists are stranded on an island of lost cavegirls, mad scientists and one of the worst Frankenstein monsters ever to appear on screen. Also featuring John Carradine in some badly inserted footage supposedly as the ghost of Dr.Frankenstein, who continuously mumbles about "the power" and "the golden thread" and not making much sense..the special effects(?) are really something else with weapons straight from the local Halloween store.

I think the artist may have used more LSD than ink to create this poster. The guy has his space helmet on but his suit is ripped to reveal his hairly, masculine man breast and man nipple, which look like a decaying cantaloup. The woman has no helmet, apparently breathing space air, and the worst drawn pair of b3wbz i've ever seen. Apparently she's been in zero gravity so long her lower legs and feet have completely atrophied. The monsters look better than the ones in the movie.

This is one of the obscurer Ultraman shows and was the last of the Showa era (unless you count Andro Melos as an Ultraman show).
