Nobody ever said "He'll be back." or "C'mon Bela, quit putting us on" at Lugosi's funeral.
But he was buried in his cape, right?
Not only in his cape, but the whole costume.
I've heard that tom baker might want to be buried in his dr. who scarf.
I have a Dracula cape. I wanna be buried in it.

I have a Dracula cape too !    :teddyr:  Mine has a hole in it.. I lent it out...

My man!

Popular silent movie star Roscoe Arbuckle, known by the hateful nickname "fatty", was believed to have raped and murdered a young actress and used a bottle (coke or champagne) on her...
We'll never know the entire truth about the Arbuckle-Rappe case, but there was no firm evidence of rape. Most of the evidence that led police to arrest Arbuckle seems to be circumstantial speculation coming from Maude Delmont, who never testified to her story under oath. The defense brought up Rappe's alleged abortions, but those were really just rumors: it's not like hospitals were keeping records of illegal abortions in the 1920s. I think all we know for sure is that Rappe died of a ruptured bladder after a Hollywood drinking party, and someone tried to pin it on Arbuckle. It's not even 100% clear why Arbuckle would be the "fall guy," but the public at the time was convinced that Hollywood actors were a bunch of degenerates (probably not too far off) and the gossip rags loved the lurid story.

Weren't a group of people partying in a hotel room...?

I believe they had half a hotel full of movie people and big-wigs of the day. And call girls and 'bathing beauties.'
There was no evidence against Fatty at all. Everyone was hammered.

I had a whole outfit... I gave a black mourning coat and antique vest to a "friend" and lent him my cape; it came back with a hole.  It's got a standup collar and it's satin, royal purple lining.  VELCRO clasp!!!   :teddyr:  Still, very luxurious!

I have a type of top hat... a Bell Crown... I also have a walking stick from which a sword can be pulled... it was made in India.  Turn the bone ring near the top and you can loose the sword.

Did the guy you loaned it to get staked? That would explain the hole.

I have three wood walking sticks. But I actually use them. I can't walk a block without stopping to lean and catch my breath. My health is really bad. And I have to take a nitro just to do that.
Iv'e managed to get down to my regular weight (135 lbs as opposed to my past 152 lbs.) by just not eating and taking vitamin B. I eat-but only once a day. Except for drinking water. I drink a lot of water.
Trust me-drink lotsa water-It will keep you alive!
Oh yeah- what were we talking about?
I usta have a sword cane. I don't know what happened to it.

I have one true walking stick - wooden - that I use like a tripod.  It's always with me.  A walking stick in that I use it to walk.
