Anyone here like the hammer movie "She"? They ran the ghawdawful version of it with sandal Bergman and some incredibly cheap animated intro and it just made me appreciate how good hammer's version was.

I may be a freak but I was never that turned on by Ursula andress. She was OK never really turned me on. Raquel welch could have been a better pic.

Never saw the 1984 version with Sandahl Bergman, but, I have seen the 1965 version with Ursula Andress, Peter Cushing, Bernard Cribbins, Andre Morell, and John Richardson. All of whom made quite an impression on me. Oddly enough or maybe not, the one who did not impress me at that time was Christopher Lee. It was only after I saw the film for a 2nd time, did I realize he had been in it.

Based upon the novel by H. Rider Haggard, who is one of my favorite writers. Yet this is one of his few novels, that I find absolutely unreadable.
