Very old kung fu movie,, cant seem to remember the title

Please help.. All I can remember is there is very strong villain who can mark the chest of the hero using just his finger. The mark is like 5 dots (small circle the size of the tip of finger)

I remembered that the villain is not that old and is wearing black and has black hair.
