If you were to make a movie...

I've wanted to make a movie since at least 2nd grade. The earliest idea I remember involved a computer coming to life & taking over the school. It could overload electrical circuits to cause lightning bolts to shoot out of electrical outlets.

Another early idea: A school with a haunted wing, closed off & unused. Unless a teacher told a student to go down there.

Later, when I was 9 or 10, I came up with an idea for a space movie: astronauts must track down a radio signal which has been messing up things on Earth. They discover an alien civilization just beyond Pluto, where an alien who looks like Watto from Star Wars Episode 1 sells them a star ship that's the functional equivalent of a DC-3. Reliable, but too old to be valuable. They continue to track the signal to an evil alien.

More recently, I'd like a good remake of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World, versions of Edgar Rice Burrows Beyond 30 & The Lad & the Lion, & Edmond Hamilton's  City at World's End. I'd also like to make a movie or two based off some comics I've done.

I don't really care who's in it; whoever would do a good job, would be pleasant to work with, & wouldn't ask for too much money would be fine.

But when would I have time or money to actually do any of this?

It would be one of two things.

1.  My own original daikaiju creations

or

2. A modern spiritual sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit?.  Humans and clearly animated characters living together.   And not a children's movie specially.  Making it a lot darker for an older audience.  PG-13 rated probably.
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...
