What is your e- pinion on the food called lamb? I don't eat it very often, but last night I had some and it was good

This was 1/2 of the Lamb Sports plate (no idea why it's called that) at a local Somali restaurant. True story: when I walked in, there were half a dozen guys praying to Allah in the middle of the dining room. awkward! it's behind a huge mosque. Anyway, the lamb was tasty.

Lamb can be difficult to cook and some places don't do it right. there's an Indian restaurant in town that I like but wouldn't get their lamb offerings. What do you think

I like lamb. My uncle makes a special leg of lamb once a year with habanero pepper.

I don't know, man, if I was going to eat meat I don't think I'd eat a baby, just my feeling (shrug). I know people who love eating lamb and they serve it at this Indian restaurant where I used to go almost every Friday last year, and they get people lined up for it: or did before the pandemic. I know it's good but it just seems indelicate to eat something too young to have gone out on at least one good roll in the hay before the knacker got it.
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

I like it. I buy lamb mince for Shepherd's pie occasionally but it's been a while.

well shoot. i was hoping this was about the book.

don't EVEN...EVER!

Lamb isn't my favourite meat, but I have had some nice dishes with it. The thought of those cute little lambs faces running about the hills, I can't say it bothers me at all having it on a sandwich, but given the choice, I'll always go for bacon anyway.

I get mine from a Turkish store that has its own butcher. Sometimes regular stores here have some in the cold or frozen food section.
