HOW did I make it thru the 1990's and never even HEAR of this movie???

I mean, it has it all - Denise Richards in all of her bushy-browed 1990's hotness (remember when she carbonated the world's male hormones in WILD THINGS?),  a mad scientist, his sexy nurse, a robotic T-rex with a human brain, decapitations, car chases, cheesy dialogue, some of the worst-choreographed fight scenes in the history of fight scenes, a black sheriff named Sheriff Black, whose son is the comic relief effeminate gay black teen, all served up with a steaming platter of cheap gore effects and bumbling law enforcement.

Denise Richards and her eyebrows play Tammy, a 25 year old high school cheerleader who is in love with a football player named Michael.  Unfortunately, her ex, a gangster named Billy, still thinks of her as his personal property and gets in a fight with Michael when he sees them together.  Michael wins, so Billy later on grabs him and turns him loose in a wildlife park where he gets badly mauled by a lion.  Enter the mad scientist, who fakes Michael's death, whisks him away from the hospital, and transplants his brain into the body of an animatronic dinosaur.  Hijinks ensue.

This is bad movie GOLD, baby!!!  Although, despite the titillation implied in the title, Denise Richards and the other female stars do remain clothed (at least partly so) for the entire movie.  But still, this is a bad movie for bad movie lovers.  You HAVE to see it!  4.5/5

Back in the video store days, I got a VHS copy of this when the place was going out of business..total wreck of a plot but worth it for a nubile Denise Richards strutting her stuff.

Did you see the newly released "gore" cut? Originally when it was released they cut a lot of violence to make it PG-13, the gore was restored for the latest release. (I haven't seen either, but it's on my list).
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

That's what I saw.  Very, very cheesy gore effects.
