There was a version of this for Susupense Theater. Radio version was better, I heard it in 6th grade, but not a bad movie.

Loved how the brain glowed & pulsated. :)

I reckon this was very good too with the down to earth settings and close-knit trio of leading characters successfully grounding the insane premise.

i love comet. thanks to his channel, i've discovered that there is a sequel*sort of* to alen from LA, called "journey to the center of the earth"*yes, really!* and it is SSOOOO  BBAAADDD!!!

DONOVAN'S BRAIN is a great movie! Like a noir/horror/scifi.
It was made first,actually, with Erich Von Strohiem and Vera Ralston as the LADY AND THE MONSTER (1944)!
And written by Curt (the WOLF MAN) Siodmak!
