Figured I'd talk about one of my favorite films from the "Brucesploitation" craze of the 1970's and probably one of my favorite martial arts movies period, the 1977 hidden gem "The Dragon Lives Again", which can best be described as "What if Fanfiction.net and Black Belt Magazine had a kid and that kid was raised on a steady diet of crystal meth and copyright infringement?"

The summary can best be described as "Bruce Lee dies and goes to The Underworld and he has to save the King of the Underworld from a conspiracy to overthrow him and take over the afterlife. Said conspiracy is comprised of Michael Corleone, Count Dracula, Emmanuelle, The Exorcist, James Bond, Zatoshi the Blind Samurai, and The Man With No Name. Bruce Lee stops the conspiracy with help from Popeye the Sailor Man and Kuai Chang Caine cosplaying as The Fourth Doctor."

It's a goofball movie but it's fun and I enjoy it unironically.

I love it because of how utterly insane it is.

Where else can you see Pop-Eye, James Bond and the Man with No Name in a movie.  :teddyr:
Kubrick, Nolan, Tarantino, Wan, Iñárritu, Scorsese, Chaplin, Abrams, Wes Anderson, Gilliam, Kurosawa, Villeneuve - the elite

I believe in the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

I've only seen clips but it's on my list to check out.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

If I was a crazy billionaire who had the money to remake this movie and pay for the licenses to all the characters, I would totally remake this movie.

Hell, I'd even expand the cast of characters and add Luke Skywalker, Sailor Moon, Bart Simpson, and Cloud Strife to the cast of heroes and for the villains, I'd add Cersei Lannister, Albert Wesker, Captain Marvel, Emperor Palpatine, Jason Voorhees, and Scott Pilgrim to the roster for maximum insanity.
