Horror-ish movie similar to Mr. Stitch

Hi I remember watching a movie on pay tv around 2000-2002. It was about a Frankenstein like man that was locked up in a clinic (?), his room was white as was most of the place. I remember it being fairly violent at times when he tried to escape. The clinic was out of the way, surrounded by trees and not close to any other places. I think it was a straight to tv movie. Any help or suggestions would be great.

The 2004 update of FRANKENSTEIN (starring Parker Posey, Michael Madsen, and a bunch of other recognizable actors) was made for cable and the creation originates in a lab like the one described, I think.

I am beginning to realize the futility of even attempting to reply to some of these, but I'm a movie nerd, so I'm obsessive-compulsive. Also I love a good mystery... or a frustrating unsolved mystery.......

He's not in a clinic though nor in a white room, I think. (I believe that the titular FREAK is just in rooms with stone walls et al.)
