Need help identifying extremely racist kung-fu movie

I found an old tape in one of my crates of VHS that was a collection of clips and trailers for kung-fu movies.  One of the clips was this extraordinarily racist scene.

A black man and a Chinese man are kung-fu fighting in a bamboo forest.  The Chinese man gets knocked on his ass and shouts "Goddamn n****r!"  The black man counters with, "This n****r just kicked your gook ass!"  As if that weren't enough, the black man starts sniffing the air and growls, "White people!"  Sure enough, there's suddenly a trio of blonde, white men watching.  One of them claps and says, "It's so amusing when colored people fight.   What's the matter, black, did you mistake the yellow man for a banana?  Hahahahahahaha!"  The Chinese man says, "Damn whites!" and he and the black man team up to fight them.

I swear I'm not making any of this up.  An Asian man and a black man overcome their bigotry toward each other to take on their true enemy: smelly white people!

Does anyone know this movie?

This one seems remarkable enough to revive... curious if anyone has come upon this film since 2011. The presence of diverse actors (black and white as well as Asian) plus the insensitive dubbing makes me think this could be one of (dozens) of Godfrey Ho projects/productions. The handful of most famous ones don't include this scene, yet the guy was involved with many, many mash-ups and remixes, many of which have diverse casts (if not always in the same shots) and highly objectionable dialogue........
