WingedSerpent

Saw this just before Halloween, and sorry for not posting about it earlier.  This was a good movie, but I don't know if I can recommed it for everyone.

Its imdb summary:
In an isolated Oregon town, a middle-school teacher and her sheriff brother become embroiled with her enigmatic student, whose dark secrets lead to terrifying encounters with an ancestral creature.

Its a Wendigo movie.  Although its not really about the monsters this time around.  More about what they kind of represent.  There are strong themes of child abuse and neglect running through the film.  This is a horror film where its more unpleasant than creature feature scary.  Most of the kills happen off screen.  No CGI blood spatter on screen which is nice.  Also more of a I say a medium burn of a film.

At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

I know this one was being talked a lot about over Halloween on the various horror groups I am in.
