I racked my brains and then consulted wiki, and have come up with this list of horror remakes since the year 2000, of movies whose originals came out in either the 70s or the 80s.

not sequels, but I did let 'reboots' also count (however nearly all of these are billed or listed as remakes)

only real 'rule' here was they had to have exactly the same title as their original movie. (give or take a 'The')

in alphabetical order:

AMITYVILLE HORROR, THE (2005)
APRIL FOOLS DAY (2008)
BLACK CHRISTMAS (2006) + (2019)

Notes:

THE HILLS HAVE EYES 2 (2007) is not a remake of THE HILLS HAVE EYES 2 (1985)

According to the producers, WILLARD (2003) is apparently not a remake of WILLARD (1971). But it looks like it is.

SILENT NIGHT (2012) is a remake of SILENT NIGHT, DEADLY NIGHT (1984), but it doesn't have exactly the same title so didn't include it.

I was about to assume I hadn't seen any of those, because I don't like the whole concept, but I did see the new SUSPIRIA and liked it. Not as much as the original, of course, but it did do the most important thing a remake can do: it had almost nothing to do with the first one besides the basic setup.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

yeah as a concept I don't really agree with remakes at all but there are a few I do like- although they tend to be pre-2000 remakes, i.e. THE FLY

AI gave me this:

Missing Remakes (70s/80s Originals)

AND SOON THE DARKNESS (2010) — Remake of the 1970 British thriller/horror.

CHILDREN OF THE CORN (2020) — Kurt Wimmer's version (joining the 2009 remake you already have).

DON'T GO IN THE WOODS (2010) — A "slasher musical" remake of the 1981 cult classic.

EVIL DEAD (2013) — Fede Álvarez's reimagining of the 1981 original (give or take a "The").

FIRESTARTER (2022) — The Blumhouse remake of the 1984 Stephen King adaptation.

FRIGHT NIGHT (2011) — The remake of the 1985 vampire classic starring Colin Farrell.

    HALLOWEEN (2007) — Rob Zombie's remake/reimagining of the 1978 masterpiece.

HELLRAISER (2022) — David Bruckner's Hulu remake of the 1987 original.

INITIATION OF SARAH, THE (2006) — A TV-movie remake of the 1978 telefilm.

MOTHER'S DAY (2010) — Darren Lynn Bousman's remake of the 1980 Troma film.

SALEM'S LOT (2004) + (2024) — Both are remakes of the 1979 miniseries (the 2024 version was a Max original).

SISTERS (2006) — Remake of the 1973 Brian De Palma film.

    STRAW DOGS (2011) — Remake of the 1971 controversial home-invasion horror/thriller.

TERROR TRAIN (2022) — A Tubi original remake of the 1980 Jamie Lee Curtis slasher.

THING, THE (2011) — While technically a prequel, it was marketed and titled exactly like the 1982 original to function as a soft reboot.

TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN, THE (2014) — A meta-remake/sequel that shares the exact name of the 1976 original.

WILLARD (2003) — The rat-themed horror remake of the 1971 film, starring Crispin Glover.

A Note on Close Calls

A few titles almost made the cut but failed your "Exact Title" rule:

Sorority Row (2009) — Remake of The House on Sorority Row (1982).

Silent Night (2012) — Remake of Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984).

The Invasion (2007) — Remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978).
