Give your cat some love. Pet him, scratch his back, scratch his head, behind his ears, all that.

Even if he throws up, even if he scratches things, even if he makes a mess.

The day will come when you will want to pet him again, when you'll wish you petted him more and you won't be able too.

Even if you do pet him more and show him all the love you can the day will come when it won't have been enough,  but do it anyway.

This is SO true!
I love cats, always have, and I miss my poor Fortuna to this day - I just didn't get long enough with him.

Mine's a bit old. Was a bit sick about a year and a half ago. Seems a touch better now.

Hopefully I get a couple more years with her but I'm glad I got the past year or so since she was pretty off.
