Jonathan Searle, one of the kids who pranks the beachgoers with the fake shark fin is now sheriff of the community 🦈😂😀😃
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

All of the cast give great performances - particularly the three men in a boat scenes.  A great film despite Bruce  :bouncegiggle:

Gareth Edwards took inspiration from Jaws with Goldzilla 2014.  You can't do that unless you have interesting characters and a cast who can act.  Godzilla Minus One showed how to do it.

This film was much talked-about when a was a kid, but I only got to see it much later. It certainly lives up to the hype, it's a fantastic film, a catastrophe film that becomes something else on the final third, and a testimony to the storytelling ability that made Spielberg famous. It's still one of his best movies.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.
