Help me identify this B-Movie please

I caught the end of a VERY bad movie on TV last night. The ending was something like this:

A fat stupid American is battling some guys at a port, he apparently owns a ship. There is a ninja there. Eventually this stupid Chinese guy in white robes appears out of nowhere holding a brown rectangular rock which glows and he starts saying that using this rock he will conquer the world. The fat American somehow makes the chinese guy really angry so the chinese guy disappears into thin air leaving a pool of white goo on the ground (I'm serious). Then, the American guy and his friend get on his boat and a couple of girls come running to the boat and get on.

The movie looked like it was made in the eighties and it had the cheesy 80s feel to it. I saw it on a local channel (I live in Cyprus) which students of a college here run, and they don't give a listing of their program to TV Magazines so I can't find it like this.

Oh, also, the end credits scrolled over a stupid image of a swordfish. The letters where white and the swordfish was white so you mostly couldn't see the credits, but one thing I caught was that one ofthe supporting actors had the last name "Irving".

Doesn't ring a bell. You might try giving the station a call and asking. I'm sure someone there knows what they were showing.

Sounds cool though..... I'll bet that whatever it is won't be available in Australia though  :-(
