some 80's flick?

Some movie has been on my mind and I can't remember what the title is.  It was definately 80's and MAY have been spawned by "critters" genre...tho I don't think this one was part of the critters franchise. Little creatures that basically want to kill everyone - but maybe somebody remembers this: It seems I remember the movie poster (or video box cover) had this creature coming out of a toilet.
