There's Nothing Out There
1. Whats the fart scene in there? I don't trust a horror film with farting in it.
2. is the alien as fake as i hear?
3. is it a straight spoof?

1. - It's there and gone again.  One-off joke in a rather entertaining movie (though I snickered at it - I'm rather low brow sometimes.)  Unlike most modern movie, There's Nothing Out There keeps the cheese cutting to the bare minimum.

2 - Don't know.  How fake have you heard it to be?  I've seen better monsters on Doctor Who.  I've also seen worse monsters on Doctor Who , so about in between the two.

3 - Assuming you mean by "straight" that it isn't like Airplane or Scary Movie, then the answer is yes, mainly.  You'll have to make at least two allowances (and I won't say what they are, for your sake.)
