I think this movie is from the 80's

There was a lot of ninjas in all sorts of colors, (red, white, camoflaged....)

I remember a scene where the hero, is fighting some ninjas in a forrest. He takes out his sword, and flicks it about 40 feet into the air with his thumb.

And continues fighting.....then the last ninja is almost beaten, his sword comes down, he catches it and cuts off the ninjas head..

Some of the ninjas were using the leaves lying on the ground as weapons. They threw them so hard that they stuck in the tree trunks, and killed some guys...

And the ninjas jumped (or flew) all the way across a lake... (twice)

An they could turn invisible. - Not the usual smoke bomb invisible, but like the "snap of the finger" invisible.

This movie was really cool. So bad, yet so funny..

Luca Brasi

well, this isnt the movie your thinking of, but "Duel to The Death" has some cool similar things in it. Flying, hiding inside trees/in the ground, turning into leaves, shooting hundreds of throwing stars within seconds and a hilariously violent end battle. well worth seeing, one of the best end battles ever commited to film.
I am the Lindberg baby! . . . and yes, i have abandonment  issues . . .

Sounds like i should give "Duel to the death" a chance ;-)

Did it have a blonde chick in it who didn't wear any pants while fighting the hero?....I know that sounds silly, but it was really in an 80s ninja flick I saw.

It was probably Cynthia Rothrock, the most annoying white-kung fu woman alive . . . and lately she's been cashing in on the crouching tiger craze by pumping out EVEN more lousy movies. if her hair was the beloved mullet, it was probably her.

I don't think so.
If there was I must have been able to remember it. ;-)

Repo Man

Another good ninja movie:  Ninja Terminator.  Sorry, I don't know the name of the movie that you're talking about though...
