I am looking for the name of a movie that starred I believe an actor by the name of Christopher Jones.  The plot of the movie was about a young man around the age of 25 who becomes president and started shipping all people over the age of 30 to camps.  Drugs were very prevelant in this movie.  I think I saw it on tv in the early 70's.
