I read a book called 50 greatest movies never made.  It's widely available, came out a year or so ago.  Some great never made movies were Howard Stern's Fartman, a gangster movie about a guy who has a soft serve ice cream cone for a head, and some william castle type stuff from the guy who did MSTK300 (there's a hardcore badmovies.org reference for you).  It was a very cool/ fun book
