Anyone know about Sub Rosa Studios and their films? What's their reputation?

Depends on what you're looking for.  Most of the stuff they release is ulta-micro-budget, shot-on-video stuff, although they do occasionally get a chance to distribute a shot-on-film feature.  Ron Bonk, who runs the company, is a hell of a guy.

On the other hand, I've seen two Sub Rosa-released features.  One was "ehhh," and the other... after watching it, I wanted to beat Ron to death with my shoe.
