Has Anybody Seen This?

I spotted "Cellar Dweller" at the video store a block and a half from where I live.  Has anyone seen this film?  
If you have, is it any good?  Only $2.00 to rent it.

AWESOME B-Movie.

My brother and I rented that a few years back and I would definitely rent it again.  Pay the 2 bucks.

I said it before and I'll say it again, watch any of Charlie Band's old flicks from his now defunct company Empire Pictures you will be entertained. I have not seen CELLAR DWELLER, but I am really interested.

Go for it and rent it. And don't forget to tell us what you thought about it.

I bought it sight unseen because the synopsis of the movie said it was about a comic book artist.  Not enough movies about that, in my opinion.

Quick review, no spoilers.  The movie begins with a cameo by Jeffrey Combs.  He's attacked by his own creation and some years later we find his abode has been populated by a small group of artists.  A young woman who draws comic books moves in.  The demon who attacked Combs then begins to use the young woman's art to attack the other artists.  At least that's how I remember it.

Alright movie.  Has some gore, has some nudity, also Jeffrey Combs and Yvonne DeCarlo.  (Um, neither supplies the nudity, thank goodness.)  Fairly typical of your straight to video 80's fare.  Heck, it's even got the "cool kid" from HEAD OF THE CLASS.  I'd have to say I enjoyed it.

Of course, I only paid $1.88 to own the movie.
